We are ideally situated for a stop over if travelling further south or back to the UK or for those wishing to discover "The French Lake District" with it's many lakes and beautiful forests.
La Lanterne is situated directly on The Route Du Haut Limousin which takes in a number of historic and picturesque villages and towns within the Haute Vienne region.
We are based 30 minutes from Limoges International Airport with direct budget airline flights (Ryanair / Flybe) from all over the UK.
The village has it's own Post Office, Bakery, Tea Rooms, Gift Shop, Restaurant and Hairdresser all within 2 minutes stroll of La Lanterne.
There is free car parking directly outside La Lanterne and additional parking for caravans/motorhomes in the village square. There is also a caravan/motorhome area with a water and drain terminal.
